A Week of Christmas – Day 4: Pampered Chef
Congratulations to Shelby, the winner of the Military Purse giveaway, who wrote, “I have a lapel pin on my coat that the Air Force gave to me when my husband graduated basic training. It’s a reminder that no matter where I am, my husband, my country and my Savior are going to be there to protect me.” That is a great reminder!
To kick off this season of giving and thanksgiving, we are giving away one prize every day for the first full week of December. For our fourth prize, we are giving away a Pampered Chef small ridged baker, courtesy of Shelby M! I don’t know about you, but I love Pampered Chef products, and I’m sure this one would be a perfect early Christmas present for you or a great gift for a friend who loves the kitchen!
“Loves the oven and gets rave reviews in the microwave! Ridges raise foods to keep them out of fats, juices and water. Steam veggies, say bye-bye to greasy bacon, bake tender chicken breasts and juicy roasts, and more! Fits most microwaves and toaster ovens.”
If you’d like to win, all you have to do is leave a comment answering the question: “What do you use most in the kitchen?” I, for one, love my Cuisinart Multiclad set. How about you?
Please, just one entry per person. We have to approve each entry, so don’t worry if yours doesn’t show up right away, we will update throughout the day.
No entries after 11 p.m. eastern time. Winners for all giveaways will be drawn at random.
Tomorrow we will announce the winner, as well as the next giveaway!

I use my pots and pans the most, but all my lids got lost in a move. Can’t wait till one day when I can replace them!
The item I most use in our kitchen is the George Foreman! I bought it a few weeks ago when the PX was having a sale and am so glad I did! I use it so often! I can make a nice steak salad in minutes and clean up is also easy! The kids also are eating more home cooked meals on weeknights since I am never to tired to use the Foreman!
I use my Kuerig coffee pot and my pampered chef pizza stone every day.
It’s a toss-up! I use my George Foreman 360 grill several times a week. I also love my Pampered Chef executive cookware set. Those pots and pans have paid for themselves many times over. They were a great investment!
My favorite kitchen item is my crockpot! Being so busy, seems during these cold months of winter, knowing my crockpot if filled and doing the work for me, there is time for the more important things, my family!
My most-used kitchen item is my Wustoff Santoku Knife. It cuts through everything like butter and I love it!! Hand chopping is my favorite activity in the kitchen: a great way to destress after a long day.
I’m a fan of my toaster oven! We live in TX so it’s nice to use that in summer w/o heating up the entire house.
I would have to say my Paula Deen copper bottom pots and pans, Love them!!!! I have all kinds of Pampered Chef stuff and got to have my Kitchen aid. I cook every meal for my family. I have to because my oldest has Celiac Disease, but I want to because I LOVE to cook and my family loves my cooking. One day I will go to culinary arts school, my husband said he would love the homework part.
I use my tea pot the most – expecially now since it is chillier. I drink tea every day – like most people drink coffee.
I use my toaster oven the most! Perfect size for when it’s just my son and I while my husbands away!
I use my chef’s knife the most – to cut up a lot of fruit & veggies for salads, stir fry, fajitas, desserts……
I use my kitchen aid mixer the most, from cookies, cakes and whipped cream to pizza dough and mashed potatoes this was the one item I thought I could do with out on our last PCS and I will never leave it behind again!
My coffee pot gets used the most in my kitchen…
I use my set of stainless steel pans every day. I left non-stick a couple of years ago and never looked back!
I use my tea kettle the most, pumkin spice hot tea with french vanilla creamer gets me in the holiday spirit!
When my husband started his deployment to Afghanistan, I quickly felt like it was more of a challenge to cook for just me and two young children(6 and 1 years of age at the time). I’m afraid my most used objects were the coffee maker and the pizza stone LOL!
After a while, I pulled myself together, went on a major recon mission to unearth the food processor and rejoiced over how it was such a huge time saver for me and a great way to prepare and serve healthier choices to my family. It was a big hit with the kids too – they thought it was magical the way you could push in a whole veggie or fruit and it would turn them into smaller pieces so fast : )
material wise – a close race between my electric pressure cooker/crockpot and my large bar pan is the greatest for every kind of meal I use at least once a day.
But really its the inspiration of my family that keeps me in the kitchen cooking with a smile on my face. As a bonus, they help with clean up
I use my pamper chef pots and pans the most.
I use my electric kettle everyday. I love drinking tea and it boils water quickly.
The one thing I use the most is my Keurig. But it’s almost a tie with my whisks. I use whisks plural because I have almost 30. I collect all sorts of different shapes and sizes and in big holiday meals I try to use as many as possible in my preparations.
I don’t think a day goes by that I don’t use a whisk, but a day doesn’t go by that I don’t use my Keurig at least 3 times.
I love pampered chef and love to cook, but can’t afford all the nice stuff they offer.
I use my Kitchenaid mixer the most, although lately my dehydrator has been getting a lot of use to make some yummy dried fruit!
Recently I have been in the kitchen more, trying to learn how to cook new things but I use my lovely crockpot a lot! Its a great way to make a tasty meal and not have to do much especially since both my husband and I work!
