As the Seasons Change
When I look at the calendar, I can hardly believe that it is already July. As we wade into the heart of summer, another season is ending.
In my case, that means my time with Wives in Bloom has come to an end. It has been quite an amazing year. I have so enjoyed serving the women, both writers and readers, here at Wives in Bloom. It has been an honor to share in your experiences, your faith, and the unbelieveable sense of community. Still, a lifestyle change and some other personal issues have drawn my time and focus away from the magazine and onto a new phase in my life.
Thank you all for the wonderful support and encouragement during my time here.
I would never leave you all with empty hands, though. Next Monday you will get to meet the wonderful woman taking my place! She is excited and ready to take on the challenge of encouraging and inspriring military wives all over the world. I hope you will join me in prayer for her and the vision for Wives in Bloom–may both prosper and in the light of God’s glory.
