Welcome and Introductions!

Hello,

I am excited to have this opportunity to introduce myself and to say how happy I am to have this chance to serve such an awesome group of ladies. Volunteering has always been dear to my heart and no better place to serve than with military wives. Over the last nine years, I have had the opportunity to meet some wonderful ladies. Each of these ladies has left a lasting impression on me and in turn has made me an even better person and friend.  I am the mother of three and an Adjunct English Professor, who is pursing her doctorate online in adult higher education. However, our latest adventure just started with our move to a new duty station and my husband leaving for school. We are no strangers to distance, since he has been deployed three times. As a  military wife, I feel we wear many hats and learn how to juggle many things life throws our way. Being a military wife  and mother of three is very imporant and I do not take it lightly how we each serve. I look forward to this new journey the Lord has placed in my life and I pray I can continue to serve and uphold the great quality of Wives In Bloom.

Blessings,

Sherita Smedley
